Skipton Progress Association Inc. acknowledges and pays our respects to the Eastern Maar and Wadawurrung peoples, as the Traditional Owners of the Lands on which we work, live and play. We also acknowledge their Elders, past and present, and recognise their ongoing cultural, spiritual and educational practices.

The Skipton Progress Association is a not-for-profit volunteer organisation committed to enhancing the lives of people in Skipton and the surrounding districts. We listen to community needs, support local initiatives and deliver events that bring people together.

Our activities include the Skipton Market, Bingo, the annual Skipton Festival and many other attractions throughout the year.

Our Committee meets on the second Wednesday of each month at the Mechanics Hall. Everyone is welcome to attend, share ideas and help shape the future of our community.
